You're not alone. Join our EmpowerED psychoeducational group, a safe space where teens come together to learn, grow, and support one another.

This is a virtual group and will run 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm Tuesdays weekly from June 25 2024 to August 6 2024.

This group is led by Kathrina Cann, Certified School Counselor and LMHC, QS, MH 18096. Kathrina Cann specializes in adolescent mental health and eating disorder treatment. Kathrina uses a HAES® aligned, body respect approach to counseling.

CONFIDENTIALITY and respect for each participant's journey are paramount.
