Together, we identify sources of past or current pain points, and what kinds of support will help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable. I integrate affirming, trauma-informed treatment approaches tailored to fit your individual goals such as EMDR, IFS, DBT or Intuitive Eating, so you have both the safety and tools to step into who you are beyond the pain.
